Program Structure
Our training combines biblical instruction, practical teaching skills, and safeguarding principles. It is delivered through orientation sessions, workshops, interactive activities, and continuous mentoring.
Key Areas of Courses
1. What is Child Evangelism & Spiritual Foundation :  Course.
Teachers are introduced to the vision, mission, and values of the Children’s Ministry. Emphasis is placed on personal spiritual growth, integrity, prayer life, and understanding children’s ministry as a calling.
2. Child Development & Age-Appropriate Teaching Course
Participants are trained to understand the developmental stages and learning styles of children and teenagers. This enables teachers to communicate biblical truths in ways that are engaging, clear, and relevant to each age group.
3. Bible Teaching & Lesson Preparation
Teachers learn how to prepare and deliver structured, biblically sound lessons using storytelling, illustrations, memory verses, and interactive methods that help children understand and apply God’s Word.
4. Classroom Management & Biblical Discipline
Training includes practical strategies for maintaining order, encouraging participation, handling behavioral challenges, and creating a respectful learning environment rooted in love and biblical principles.
5. Safeguarding & Child Protection
All teachers are trained in child protection policies, appropriate conduct, and safety procedures. This ensures the physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being of every child under our care.
6. Communication & Teamwork
Teachers are equipped with effective communication skills for working with parents, fellow volunteers, and ministry leadership, fostering unity and cooperation within the ministry.
7. Creative & Engaging Ministry Methods
The program encourages creativity through worship, music, drama, games, and visual learning tools that make teaching enjoyable and memorable for children.
